ABS housing with adjustable temperature

The sealer weighs 2.8 pounds and measures 29.97 by 7.62 by 15.24 centimeters. A blue ABS body houses the heating strip and a red signal light that turns off when the seal cycle completes. Users select a heat level from 1.5 to 3.5 using the temperature dial. The handle must be held down for 2 to 3.5 seconds after the light goes out to achieve a smooth seal.

Limited to 7.75-inch seals on bags up to 10 mils

The effective sealing length is 7.75 inches, so wider bags cannot be closed in a single pass. Maximum recommended material thickness is 10 mils. The impulse design only seals; it does not cut bags or vacuum air from them. Surfaces must be kept clean and dry to prevent residue build-up that shortens the life of the heating element.
