Compact Food Vacuum Sealer

The FoodSaver VS-1221 is a rechargeable handheld vacuum sealer supplied with 30 reusable bags. It suits home cooks who want to extend food freshness without committing to a bulky countertop appliance. Cordless operation makes it practical for kitchens, camping trips or pantry organisation.

Simple One-Button Setup

Charging the built-in battery and pressing the single control button starts an automatic seal cycle that delivers six ultra-tight seals in one touch. The main issue users encounter is ensuring the bag opening sits flat and clean so the 40kPa suction can form a complete seal without leaks.

Handheld Suction Limits

The 40kPa vacuum level is effective for dry goods, meats, vegetables and leftovers in the supplied bags. It is not designed for continuous heavy-duty sealing sessions or for use with rigid canisters or oversized pouches that exceed the handheld nozzle capacity.
