40-Pack Vacuum Sealer Bags

This set contains 40 reusable zipper bags in four sizes: 10 each of 8 by 8, 10 by 11, 12 by 13, and 12 by 19 inches. They are made from BPA-free material and work with handheld pumps or standard hose vacuum sealers. The bags suit microwave, freezer, refrigerator, cabinet and sous vide use. Home cooks who portion meals, batch-prep ingredients or cook sous vide will find the range covers most everyday items.

Capacity and headroom

The smallest bags hold individual portions or snacks while the extra-large size fits whole cuts or bulk vegetables. Smooth walls measure up to 3.15 mil thick and the textured side up to 3.95 mil, resisting punctures from bones or shells. A double zipper and included clip let you reseal after removing part of the contents without cutting the bag. Very large roasts or whole turkeys exceed the largest bag dimensions.

Thermals noise and power

The bags themselves draw no power and produce no noise. They withstand microwave heating, boiling water for sous vide and freezer temperatures without degrading. The detachable silicone valve contains no adhesive, so it stays secure when fully submerged in heated water. Hand washing with soap and water readies them for reuse.

Questions about this item

Will the 8x8 inch bags fit in the vacuum chamber of my older FoodSaver model?

The bags measure 8 by 8 inches and connect via a standard hose attachment, so they work with most handheld pumps and traditional sealers that accept that size.

How can I confirm the silicone air valve is sealing properly after the first vacuum cycle?

Press the valve after vacuuming; it should stay flat and the bag should remain rigid. The detachable valve can be removed, washed, and reinstalled to verify a tight seal.

Does the 40-pack include a zipper clip for each bag or only one clip total?

The set includes 40 bags across four sizes and a zipper clip is supplied; the clip is reusable across all bags for resealing after opening.
