Bags are made from BPA-free material rated for microwave, freezer, refrigerator, cabinet and sous-vide use. A smooth face measures up to 3.15 mil thick and a textured dotted face up to 3.95 mil thick to resist punctures. The set includes zipper clips for sealing.

Reinvented silicone air valve under sustained use

The new adhesive-free silicone valve maintains airtight vacuum during long freezer storage and extended sous-vide baths because it can be fully submerged without glue failure. The valve detaches for cleaning and re-installation, so repeated cycles do not degrade the seal. Double zipper tracks and the included clip allow the bag to be opened, portioned and re-vacuumed without cutting new edges.
