Scale and Subject

This 1/200 scale diecast model reproduces the Grumman F-14B Tomcat flown by VF-142 Ghostriders alongside a section of the USS Enterprise CVN-65 carrier deck. It is aimed at adult collectors and military-history enthusiasts who value officially licensed, true-to-scale replicas with detailed panel lines and retractable wings.

Compatibility Check

Verify that you have space for a model measuring roughly four inches long with a three-inch wingspan and that you accept a sealed unit with no opening features. The included deck section connects only with the other twelve sections from the same Legendary F-14 Tomcat series, so confirm you can source the remaining pieces if a full carrier deck is the goal.

Display Durability

Diecast metal and plastic construction gives the piece a heavy, realistic feel that resists bending during handling and long-term shelf display. Retractable wings move smoothly without loose hinges, and the fixed-panel design means no small doors or hatches can detach over time. The finish maintains its appearance under normal indoor conditions without special maintenance.
