Five input 8K HDMI 2.1 switch

The Fosmon HD8235FH routes five HDMI 2.1 sources to one display. It handles 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz through a 48 Gbps bandwidth path. Gamers and home-theatre users can keep consoles, streamers and players permanently connected.

Check cable lengths and power before ordering

HDMI 2.1 cables are required for 8K resolution. The manufacturer recommends source cables no longer than 6.5 ft for 8K and 13 ft for 4K. A 5 V USB-C power adapter is not included but is needed for stable operation.

Sustained 48 Gbps throughput with aluminium cooling

The aluminium chassis dissipates heat during continuous high-bitrate playback. VRR and ALLM support remain active during long gaming sessions. Signal integrity is maintained across all five ports without dropouts when cable-length guidelines are followed.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and what cables or power adapter do I need to buy separately?

The box contains the 5-port HDMI 2.1 switch, a USB-C charging cable and an IR remote. You must supply a 5V USB power adapter and HDMI 2.1 cables for 8K@60Hz; HDMI cables are not included.

Should I choose this 5-input model or a different capacity for my PS5, Xbox Series X and Apple TV?

This HD8235FH provides five HDMI inputs and one output, so all three consoles plus two other sources can stay connected simultaneously.

What does the 48Gbps headline figure mean when the switch is connected to my TV and consoles?

It enables 8K@60Hz, 4K@120Hz and 1080P@240Hz pass-through with VRR, ALLM and HDR, provided you use HDMI 2.1 cables no longer than 6.5ft for 8K or 13ft for 4K.
