Fossil Gen 6 44mm Smartwatch

The Fossil Gen 6 is a 44mm wristwatch with an AMOLED touchscreen and silicone band. It runs Wear OS and targets users who want phone notifications, voice commands and health tracking on the wrist without carrying a bulky device.

8 GB storage and sensor headroom

Eight gigabytes of internal memory hold apps, music and offline maps for daily use. The sensor suite covers heart rate, SpO2, GPS, altimeter and compass, but the 3 ATM rating limits water exposure to shallow swimming or rain.

Upgrade from basic trackers or Fossil Gen 5

Buyers moving up from simple fitness bands gain apps, voice control and an always-on AMOLED display. The jump is worthwhile when you need standalone GPS, contactless payments and a wider app ecosystem; it does not add LTE or a rotating bezel.
