Reverse Macro Adapter for Fuji X-Mount

The Fotodiox 52mm reverse mount ring lets owners of Fuji X-series cameras turn any lens with a 52mm filter thread into a macro tool. It is built from hardened anodised aluminium for a precise, all-metal fit. The adapter suits enthusiasts and professionals who want extreme close-up reproduction without buying a dedicated macro lens.

52mm Thread Compatibility and Manual Operation

The ring accepts optics that have a 52mm front thread and mounts them backwards on the X-mount bayonet. Macro capability changes with each lens because focal length and minimum focusing distance differ. Electronic functions such as autofocus, metering and image stabilisation are disabled, so the camera must be set to manual or aperture-priority mode and shoot-without-lens enabled.

Hardened Anodised Aluminium Construction

The body is machined from hardened anodised aluminium, giving a durable, lightweight mount that resists wear during repeated lens changes. This material choice keeps the adapter thin while maintaining the tight tolerances needed for secure reverse mounting on Fuji X-series bodies.
