Perfect Fit for Small Freeze Dryer Trays

These four silicone mats are cut to 13-5/16 by 7 inches so they sit exactly on the small trays of a Harvest Right freeze dryer. They turn each tray into a non-stick surface that lifts away for quick cleaning.

Ideal for Batch Freeze Drying Not for Large Trays

Home preservers who run frequent small loads will appreciate the reusable protection and easy release. Anyone using the larger tray format should look elsewhere because these mats will not cover the full surface.

13-5/16 by 7 Inch Dimensions

The single measurement that decides compatibility is the mat footprint of 13-5/16 inches by 7 inches; if your freeze dryer trays match that size the set fits, if they differ it will not work.

Questions about this item

Will the 13-5/16'' x 7'' mats fit the small trays I already use with my Harvest Right freeze dryer?

Yes, these mats are designed to match the small tray dimensions of the Harvest Right freeze dryer, so they lay flat without trimming.

How can I confirm the silicone dividers are performing correctly after the first freeze-dry cycle?

Check that food releases cleanly from the non-stick surface and that the mat shows no warping or residue after a dishwasher rinse.

The set count says four — does the package include anything else such as clips or a storage case?

The box contains only the four reusable silicone mats; no clips, dividers or storage case are included.
