Product Identity

The Framatic Metro Seamless frame is a 5x7 inch white MDF photo frame designed for displaying a single 5x7 photograph in a contemporary setting. It suits homeowners or gift-givers who want a clean, joint-free border that keeps attention on the image. Buyers needing multiple apertures, larger formats or ornate detailing should look elsewhere.

Sustained Use Behaviour

The 1/4-inch thick MDF composite construction resists warping and cracking over time, so the frame retains its flat profile and tight corners even in rooms with fluctuating humidity. The white lacquer finish maintains its colour without yellowing, keeping the photograph presentation consistent for years.

Thermals Noise Power

As a passive decorative object the frame generates no heat, emits no sound and draws no power. The only physical consideration is the weight of the solid MDF panel, which requires appropriate wall fixings or a stable shelf surface for safe display.

Questions about this item

How much does the ¼-inch thick MDF frame weigh when hung on the wall all day?

The frame uses a solid ¼-inch MDF panel with a secondary wooden back structure; together they create a sturdy but manageable weight for standard picture hooks.

What wall-fixing hardware must I already own to mount this frame securely?

The pivot-clip back is designed to hang on a single nail or screw; you will need to supply the fastener and a hammer or screwdriver.

Will the 1 ¾-inch wide white face match the profile of older wooden frames I keep on the same wall?

The seamless MDF face has no corner joints and a uniform white lacquer finish, so its profile is cleaner and more consistent than traditional joined mouldings.
