Medium-format portrait lens

The Fujifilm GF 110mm f/2 R LM WR is a medium telephoto lens built for the GFX system. Its 110mm focal length gives an 87mm equivalent field of view on the 35mm format, suited to portrait photographers who want shallow depth of field. A maximum aperture of f/2.0 delivers bright viewfinder images and strong subject separation. The lens uses 14 elements in 9 groups, including four ED elements, to maintain high resolving power across the frame.

Upgrade from slower or shorter glass

Photographers moving from an f/2.8 telephoto or a standard prime gain two stops of light and a longer reach for tighter framing. The jump is worth it when you need the compression and background rendition that only a fast medium-format telephoto provides. Nine rounded aperture blades produce smooth bokeh at wide apertures, while the linear motor keeps autofocus quick and quiet for candid work. Weather sealing and operation down to -10°C extend usability beyond studio conditions.

GFX system integration

The lens mounts directly to any GFX body and communicates electronically for aperture control and EXIF data. A 77mm front thread accepts the included ProOptic filter kit with UV, circular polariser and neutral density filters. The bundle also supplies a flex lens shade, lens wrap, cleaning tools and a Mac software kit for post-processing workflow. A dedicated hood and case protect the optic during transport and storage.
