Vertical Half-Frame Kit

The FUJIFILM X half reimagines half-frame film photography with a vertical 1" 18MP sensor and 3:4 aspect ratio. A fixed 10.8mm f/2.8 lens provides a 32mm equivalent field of view. The kit includes the black camera body, a soft case, USB card reader, 64GB memory card, battery, charger, and tripod. This bundle suits creators wanting a deliberate, analog-inspired digital workflow.

Capacity and Headroom

The 64GB Extreme PRO card stores hundreds of 18MP images or extended vertical video clips. Battery NP-W126 supports long shooting sessions with the included charger for quick replenishment. Internal memory is absent, so the card is essential for every shot. The vertical sensor naturally fills social feeds without cropping, maximising frame utility for story-driven content.

Upgrade Path

This kit replaces a smartphone for vertical storytelling, adding manual aperture and focus rings plus an optical window viewfinder. It upgrades from basic point-and-shoots by offering 13 Film Simulations, 26 filters, and a Frame Advance Lever for diptychs. Photographers needing interchangeable lenses, live preview, or horizontal-first framing will find the fixed focal length and film-style constraints limiting.

Questions about this item

Does the fixed 10.8 mm f/2.8 lens (32mm equivalent) work with my existing NP-W126 batteries?

Yes, the kit includes an NP-W126 battery and a matching charger, so the camera powers from the same cells you already use.

How can I verify the Film Camera Mode is developing rolls correctly after I finish a 36, 54, or 72-shot roll?

When the roll ends, the camera auto-generates a contact sheet and the images appear only after digital development via the companion app or desktop software.

What accessories ship in the box versus what I must buy separately?

The bundle provides the camera, a soft case, USB card reader, Extreme PRO 64GB card, NP-W126 battery, charger and a 72-inch tripod; no extra items are required to start shooting.
