Reimagined Half-Frame Digital Format

The FUJIFILM X half features a vertical 1" 18MP sensor with a 3:4 aspect ratio inspired by classic half-frame film cameras. A fixed 10.8 mm f/2.8 lens provides a 32mm equivalent field of view with manual aperture and focus rings. The kit includes a soft case, 64GB memory card, card reader, lens cap keeper, card wallet and hand strap.

Vertical Content Creators and Film Enthusiasts

This camera suits photographers who want a deliberate, story-driven process with Film Camera Mode limiting rolls to 36, 54 or 72 shots and 13 Film Simulations. Buyers who need live preview, interchangeable lenses or horizontal sensor orientation should look at other models. The sub-LCD and 26 filters including Light Leak and Halation support a tactile workflow without instant review.

Simple Setup with Film-Style Constraints

Insert the included 64GB card and charge via USB-C to begin shooting through the optical window viewfinder. The Frame Advance Lever and lack of live preview require discipline; images are only viewable after digital development via the app. Wireless sharing and 2-in-1 diptych mode add creative options once the roll is finished.

Questions about this item

Does the kit include a memory card so I can start shooting immediately?

Yes, the bundle includes an Extreme PRO 64GB memory card, a USB card reader, and a memory card wallet for storage.

Will the fixed 10.8 mm f/2.8 lens work with my existing tripod setup?

The camera body has a standard tripod thread, so it mounts directly on any tripod; the 32mm equivalent lens is built-in and non-removable.

How do I confirm the Film Camera Mode roll has finished developing?

After you complete a 36, 54, or 72-shot roll, the companion app or desktop software digitally develops the images and auto-generates a contact sheet for review.
