Brake Roller for FI-6140Z and FI-6130Z Scanners

The Fujitsu PA03540-0001 is a replacement brake roller designed for the FI-6140Z and FI-6130Z document scanners. It ensures reliable paper separation during high-volume scanning tasks. Offices and service bureaus that depend on consistent feed performance use this part to maintain uptime.

200,000-Sheet Replacement Cycle

The roller is rated for a recommended replacement cycle of 200,000 sheets or one year of operation. It comfortably handles daily production scanning loads within that window. Once the page count or time threshold is reached, feed reliability declines and double-feeds increase.

Black Roller Sold Individually

The unit is a black brake roller sold as a single piece for direct installation. No additional tools or kits are required to swap the worn component. Keeping a spare on hand avoids unplanned downtime when the replacement interval arrives.
