What the product is

Full Circle FC25829 compostable sandwich bags are plant-based, plastic-free storage bags designed for food and household organisation. The 50-count box suits households that want a certified compostable alternative to conventional plastic zipper bags. They are made from corn-derived materials that break down into compost instead of microplastics. BPI certification confirms they meet industrial composting standards.

Deciding specification

Each bag measures 6.5 x 5.9 inches, a size chosen for standard sandwiches and similar portions. The dimensions determine whether a particular snack or item will fit and seal properly. Buyers who need larger gallon-style bags or smaller snack pouches will find this size unsuitable. The 50-count quantity also fixes the supply duration for a given household.

Installation and common issues

Using the bags only requires opening the zipper, inserting contents, and pressing the seal closed; no tools or preparation are needed. The most frequent problem is an incomplete seal if food particles or moisture remain on the zipper track. Overfilling can strain the closure and cause leaks despite the leak-resistant design. Storing the box beyond one year may reduce compostability performance.
