6-in-1 Mandoline Slicer

The Fullstar FS6MS is a manual kitchen tool that combines six cutting functions in one white unit. It includes interchangeable stainless steel blades for slicing, grating and spiralizing vegetables and cheese. A built-in catch tray collects food during use, while a non-slip base keeps the slicer stable on the counter.

Home cooks wanting versatile prep

This slicer suits people who regularly prepare salads, stir-fries or low-carb vegetable noodles and want a single tool for multiple cuts. The included safety glove and finger guard help protect hands during use. Buyers who need electric operation or high-volume commercial throughput should look at powered food processors instead.

5-cup catch tray capacity

The integrated container holds up to five cups of sliced or grated ingredients, reducing trips to the bowl during meal prep. It handles firm produce like potatoes, cucumbers and hard cheeses comfortably. Very large batches or continuous heavy use will require frequent emptying of the tray.

Questions about this item

What kitchen surface or container is needed to catch the sliced food from the Fullstar FS6MS?

The built-in catch tray collects the cut pieces directly under the blades, so no separate bowl or board is required during use.

Can the stainless-steel blades of this mandoline be cleaned in the same dishwasher cycle as my older plastic cutting boards?

Yes, the entire unit is dishwasher safe, including the V-shape blades and the ABS plastic frame, so they can share a cycle with other dishwasher-safe kitchenware.

How do I confirm the Fullstar FS6MS is assembled correctly before I start slicing?

The non-slip base should sit flat without rocking, the chosen blade must click securely into the V-shape holder, and the finger guard should slide smoothly along the runway.
