Cordless wearable neck massager

The FUNCTIONFACTORS 002 is a cordless, hands-free neck massager designed for adults who want targeted relief at home, in the office or while travelling. Its adjustable strap and lightweight build let it sit securely on the shoulders without restricting movement.

Heat and noise limits

Two heat settings reach 104°F and 113°F and switch off automatically after 10 minutes. The motor runs at 45dB, which is quiet enough for shared spaces such as offices or libraries. Battery power means there is no cable to manage during a session.

1800mAh battery runtime

A full charge takes 3.5 hours and provides up to 90 minutes of use across the three intensity levels and three massage modes. Users who need longer continuous sessions between charges will find the runtime limiting.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 104°F or 113°F heat level for my first session?

Start at 104°F to let muscles warm gently, then move to 113°F if you want deeper penetration; both levels shut off automatically after 10 minutes.

What does the 45dB motor noise mean when I use it at my desk?

At 45dB the massager runs quieter than a typical desk fan, so colleagues in an open office or family members in the next room will barely hear it.

How long will the 1800mAh battery last between Type-C charges?

A full 3.5-hour charge gives up to 90 minutes of use, enough for several daily sessions before you need to plug in again.
