Cosmic Desktop Accessory

The Future of Flight mouse pad brings a detailed NIRCam view of the Orion Bar to your workspace. Its bright, colourful sublimated print covers a 7.75 x 9.25 inch surface that adds visual interest to any desk. The black rubber base keeps the pad firmly in place during use. One mousepad is supplied and a mouse is not included.

Quarter-Inch Thickness

At 1/4 inch thick, the pad offers a noticeable cushion that changes the feel of every glide compared to thinner cloth mats. This specific depth determines whether the surface sits flush with a wrist rest or creates a step. Buyers who need a slim profile under 3 mm should look elsewhere.

Simple Placement

Installation is limited to laying the pad on a clean, flat desk; the rubber base grips immediately without adhesives. The most common issue is curling at the edges if the pad is stored rolled up, which usually flattens after a day of use. Dust or liquids on the desk can reduce grip over time.

Questions about this item

How much desk space does the 7.75 by 9.25 inch pad actually cover?

The pad measures 7.75 inches wide by 9.25 inches deep, giving a compact footprint that fits alongside a keyboard without overhanging a standard desk mat.

What does the sublimated print mean for daily use?

Sublimation dyes the surface fabric so the Orion Bar image will not peel, crack or fade even after months of wrist contact and cleaning.

Will the quarter inch thickness and rubber base stay flat on a wooden desk?

At 1/4 inch thick with a black rubber base, the pad lies flat and resists sliding on wood, laminate or glass surfaces.
