What it is and who it is for

The NASA Gateway Lunar Orbit Space Station Mouse Pad is a 7.75" x 9.25" surface printed in the USA with a bright sublimated design. It suits space enthusiasts who want a decorative desk accessory with a black rubber base for stability. One mousepad is supplied and the mouse is not included.

Practical limits of the standard

As a basic fabric mousepad, it relies on a rubber base to prevent sliding during use. The 1/8" thickness provides a thin profile that works with most mice but offers no wrist support or cushioning beyond the desk surface. Optical and laser sensors track normally on the printed cloth top layer.

Specification that decides fit

The fixed dimensions of 7.75 by 9.25 inches determine whether the pad fits the available desk space. Buyers needing a larger tracking area for low-sensitivity gaming or broad gestures will find this size restrictive. The sublimated print is permanent and will not peel, making the artwork a lasting feature.

Questions about this item

Which size should I pick for the NASA Gateway mouse pad?

The pad is a single size at 7.75" x 9.25" and 1/8" thick, so there are no alternative dimensions to choose from.

How does the sublimated print hold up during daily use?

The design is dye-sublimated into the surface, so the colours stay bright and do not wear off with mouse movement.

What does the black rubber base do on a desk?

The rubber backing grips the desktop to stop the pad from sliding while you work or game.
