Cut-Resistant Gloves for Kitchen and Workshop

These medium grey gloves use 100 per cent cut-resistant fibre rated to level 5 under EN388. They suit home cooks, wood carvers and anyone handling sharp tools such as knives, mandolins or broken glass.

Sustained Protection During Repetitive Tasks

The Dyneema construction stays effective through extended carving or food-prep sessions without thinning. Silicone block palm coating maintains grip and heat resistance even after continuous contact with hot surfaces.

Food-Safe Build With Secure Grip

The gloves meet food-grade requirements so they do not contaminate ingredients. Silicone blocks on the palm give a non-slip hold on wet or oily items, while the unisex medium fit accommodates most adult hands.

Questions about this item

Does the silicone block palm coating make the gloves hot or sweaty during all-day kitchen prep?

The coating is designed for heat protection and grip, not insulation, so hands stay cooler than with solid rubber palms.

What knives or tools must I already own for these EN388 level 5 gloves to be useful?

Any kitchen knife, mandolin, grater, oyster knife, wood-carving tool or broken-glass cleanup task — the gloves protect the hand holding the material.

Will the Dyneema fibers snag on the rough edges of my older carbon-steel paring knives?

Dyneema is four times stronger than leather and resists snagging, so vintage blades slide across the surface without catching.
