32GB dual-channel DDR5 kit with two 16GB modules rated 6400MT/s CL32-39-39-102 at 1.40V and Intel XMP 3.0
This 32GB kit contains two 16GB DDR5 U-DIMM modules rated for 6400MT/s with timings of 32-39-39-102 at 1.40V. It includes both a JEDEC default profile and an Intel XMP 3.0 overclock profile for compatible platforms. The matte black finish and RGB lighting suit builds where visual coordination matters. Non-ECC unbuffered design targets consumer desktop use.
The kit is validated for Intel Z890, Z790, B860 and B760 platforms; users on other chipsets should verify compatibility before purchase. Mixing this kit with any other memory modules is not supported and can cause stability issues or system failure. Systems requiring ECC error correction or registered DIMMs must look elsewhere. Capacity is fixed at 32GB across two slots.
The single specification that decides fit is the rated 6400MT/s CL32-39-39-102 operation at 1.40V via Intel XMP 3.0. If the target platform cannot enable this XMP profile or does not support the voltage, the modules will fall back to JEDEC speeds. Buyers needing different frequencies, latencies or voltages should select another kit.

The Intel XMP 3.0 profile configures the kit to run at DDR5-6400 with timings of CL32-39-39-102 at 1.40V.
It uses two 288-pin U-DIMM modules, each 16GB, installed in the motherboard's dual-channel DDR5 slots.
Enter the BIOS and enable the Intel XMP 3.0 profile; the common mistake is leaving the kit at JEDEC defaults instead of activating XMP.
