Product Identity

The Gaborish XT-1716A is a handheld reading glass offering 10x magnification with a rectangular acrylic lens. It is designed for seniors and hobbyists who need clear, distortion-free viewing for fine print, crafts, or detailed inspection tasks.

Critical Specification

The single specification that decides suitability is the fixed 10x magnification power combined with a rectangular lens shape. This optical configuration suits users who require high-power enlargement of small, flat areas but cannot accommodate variable zoom or lower diopter strengths.

Sustained Use Behaviour

A built-in 1000mAh battery recharges fully in 2 hours via USB and delivers up to 5 hours of continuous illumination at maximum brightness. Three selectable colour modes let the user match lighting to the task without the ongoing cost or waste of disposable cells.

Questions about this item

How much does the 10× magnification actually enlarge text when I hold the glass over a page?

The 10× rectangular acrylic lens makes print appear ten times larger, giving sharp, edge-to-edge clarity for fine text, stamps or circuit boards without the distortion common on round lenses.

What do the three light colour modes do and how do I switch between them?

Press the control button to cycle through cool white for concentration, warm white to reduce glare, and a mixed tone for longer reading sessions; each mode runs from the same built-in LEDs.

What does the 1000 mAh battery give me in daily use and how do I recharge it?

A full two-hour charge via the supplied USB cable delivers up to five hours at maximum brightness, and the power indicator shows when it’s time to plug in again.
