Questions about this item

How do I open and close the Ganz Pet Lovers cosmetic bag, and what is the step people often miss?

Pull the pom pom zipper pull to operate the full-length zipper; the step people miss is ensuring the fabric lining is clear of the teeth before zipping to avoid snags.

What part of this Ganz Pet Lovers bag will need replacement first with regular use?

The pom pom zipper pull is the most likely part to wear out or detach over time, while the plush exterior and lined interior are built for everyday handling.
