Precision Heart-Rate Tracking for Athletes

The Garmin HRM 600 chest strap delivers real-time heart-rate data to compatible watches, cycling computers and training apps using Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity. It is built for runners, cyclists, swimmers and team-sport players who need accurate metrics without a wrist device during activity.

Removable Module and Rechargeable Design

The sensor module detaches from the strap for easy washing, maintaining hygiene across daily training. A rechargeable battery supplies up to two months of use between charges via the included USB wall plug and USB 3.0 to Type-C adapter, removing the need for coin-cell replacements.

Watch-Free Recording and Form Analysis

Built-in memory captures heart rate, pace, distance and calories when a watch cannot be worn, then syncs automatically to Garmin Connect. Paired with a supported smartwatch it unlocks advanced running dynamics including stride length, ground contact time balance and step speed loss to help refine technique.
