Garmin inReach Mini 2 Satellite Communicator Flame Red with 10000 mAh Battery Charger

Satellite communicator for off-grid adventures

The Garmin inReach Mini 2 provides two-way messaging and interactive SOS alerts over the Iridium network when mobile phones have no signal. A 10 000 mAh battery charger is included in the bundle so you can recharge the device on extended trips. The Flame Red colour makes the unit easy to spot in a pack. It is built for hikers, paddlers and back-country travellers who need reliable contact without cellular coverage.

Up to 14 days battery life in tracking mode

In 10 minute tracking mode the internal battery lasts up to 14 days between charges, reducing the need for frequent top-ups. The supplied power bank adds extra capacity for longer expeditions. No active cooling is required so the unit runs silently. Power draw is low enough that the charger can replenish the communicator multiple times from a single fill.

Compact 3.90 cm width with carabiner mounting

At 3.90 cm wide the Mini 2 fits in a pocket or clips to a strap using the included carabiner for quick access. The bundle adds a USB cable, two charging adapters and a cleaning cloth so you can keep contacts clean in dusty conditions. App-enabled operation pairs with the Garmin Explore smartphone application for route planning and message typing. Buyers who need voice calls or high-bandwidth data should consider alternative systems.
