Dual-System GPS Tag 4-Pack

This Garmin Smart Tag four-pack provides Bluetooth trackers compatible with Apple Find My on iOS and Google Find Hub on Android. Each tag offers real-time GPS location tracking and water-resistant construction. The system requires no subscription fees after purchase. Buyers who need simultaneous pairing to both an iPhone and an Android phone cannot use these tags for that scenario.

Platform Compatibility Check

Verify that your smartphone runs a version of iOS or Android supported by Apple Find My or Google Find Hub respectively. The tags connect via Bluetooth to only one platform at a time, so decide which ecosystem each tag will serve before pairing. An internet connection on the phone is required for the finding network to report locations. Buyers without a compatible smartphone or without the Find My or Find Hub apps installed cannot operate the trackers.

Included App and Alerts

The supplied application enables setup, real-time mapping and distance readouts to narrow a search area. A built-in speaker emits an 80-100 decibel alert triggered from the app for close-range retrieval. The tags weigh .068 kilograms each and measure 14.33in W x 12.83in H x 9.06in D. Battery life is rated at 525600 minutes. Buyers who expect replaceable batteries or a charging cable in the box will not find those accessories included.

Questions about this item

What comes in the 4-pack and is anything else needed to start tracking?

The box contains four Garmin Smart Tags and an instruction manual. Each tag pairs directly with Apple Find My on iOS or Google Find Hub on Android via Bluetooth, so no extra hardware or subscription is required.

How do I decide between using the tags with iOS or with Android?

Each tag connects to only one platform at a time. Choose Apple Find My if your daily devices run iOS, or Google Find Hub if they run Android; you cannot pair a single tag to both simultaneously.

What does the 525600-minute figure represent in everyday use?

It is the total minute count shown in the specifications for the product. The manufacturer highlights that the trackers need no subscription and are designed for long-term use after a one-time purchase.
