Vehicle GPS Tracker

The GARMIN Tracki Pro is a wireless GPS accessory built for cars, trailers, fleets, boats and motorcycles. It uses a 10000mAh lithium-ion battery and a built-in global SIM on 4G LTE Cat1 to deliver live location data to a smartphone app, web portal or Alexa. A subscription is required and can be cancelled at any time.

Battery Life and Alerts

The 10000mAh pack provides 2 to 7 months of active tracking at 15 minute updates or up to 12 months in sleep mode. The weatherproof housing handles outdoor exposure without extra cases. Alerts for speed, geofence, movement, idle time, impact and low battery arrive via app, SMS or email.

Mounting and Coverage

A strong magnet, screw mount, double-sided tape and built-in slots for straps allow flexible placement on steel surfaces or gear. The unit measures 3.54 x 2.48 x 1.46 inches and weighs 263g. Coverage extends across 185 countries with GPS accuracy of 5 to 10 metres outdoors and Wi-Fi fallback indoors.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Tracki Pro on my vehicle, and what step is often missed?

Use the built-in strong magnet for steel surfaces, the included screw mount for permanent fixing, or the slots for straps; the step often missed is ensuring the device faces skyward with a clear view for GPS and 4G LTE Cat1 reception.

What maintenance will the Tracki Pro need after months of use?

Recharge the 10000mAh lithium-ion battery via the magnetic USB cable when the app sends a low-battery alert; no other user-serviceable parts are required.

What limit appears first during continuous tracking?

Battery life reaches its limit first — approximately 2 to 7 months at 15-minute updates or up to 12 months in sleep mode before a recharge is needed.
