GCI Legz Up Lounger Camp Chair

The GCI Outdoor 680145 Legz Up Lounger is a folding camp chair built for adults who want adjustable comfort outdoors. It uses exclusive Legz Up Technology to lift the leg rest independently of the backrest so you can sit upright with legs elevated or fully recline. A plush head pillow and mesh backrest add airflow and support for extended sitting.

Weight Capacity and Setup Limits

The chair is rated for a maximum capacity of 250 pounds and must always be placed on stable level surfaces. It weighs 11.6 pounds and folds to 27.2 by 6 by 36 inches for transport. When open it measures 27.2 by 27.75 by 43 inches with a seat height of 18.7 inches. Exceeding the weight limit or using it on uneven ground can cause instability.

Upgrade From Basic Folding Chairs

This lounger replaces standard single-position camp stools or basic folding chairs that only offer a fixed upright seat. The jump is worth it when you need multiple reclining angles plus a dedicated leg rest for reading, napping or watching events. It is not suited for backpackers who need an ultralight seat or for users who require a wider seat than the standard dimensions provide.

Questions about this item

Is there more than one size or colour option for the Legz Up Lounger 680145?

The chair is listed in a single Standard size and the colour named Legz Up Lounger; no alternative dimensions or colours appear in the product data.

What does the 250-pound capacity mean when I am actually sitting in the chair?

It is the maximum combined weight of the occupant and any gear; the frame is tested to that limit and the chair must stay on stable, level ground.

How does the Legz Up leg-rest mechanism work and what positions does it lock into?

The exclusive Legz Up Technology lets the leg rest rise independently of the backrest, and the multi-position backrest locks into each recline angle you select.
