A thermal overload relay rated for 27 A that mounts separately and works with NEMA Size 0, 00 and 1 contactors in the CR305 series
The GE CR324C360F is a thermal overload relay rated for a maximum current setting of 27 A. It fits NEMA sizes 0, 00 and 1 and provides three-pole protection with a 1NO/1NC auxiliary contact form. The unit is UL Listed and CSA certified for industrial motor circuits.
This relay is built for maintenance teams and panel builders who need a separately mounted thermal overload with included thermal units for the listed NEMA sizes. It does not serve applications that require an integral reset mechanism or a different pole count. Buyers needing electronic overload features or a compact single-pole device should look elsewhere.
The relay comfortably protects standard three-phase motors within the 27 A limit on NEMA size 0, 00 or 1 contactors. Headroom ends at that current ceiling, so larger motors or higher fault currents will exceed its thermal trip range. The 3.75 in body height and 4 in width define the mounting envelope for panel layout.

The relay is compatible with Series CR305 magnetic contactors in NEMA sizes 0, 00 and 1.
The maximum overload relay current setting is 27 A, so motors exceeding that rating are outside its range.
The thermal overload will trip on sustained over-current and the 1NO/1NC auxiliary contacts change state to signal the fault.
