Industrial Overload Relay for Motor Protection

The GE CR324CXHS is a NEMA-style electronic overload relay designed to protect three-phase motors in industrial automation. It mounts directly to compatible Series CR305 magnetic contactors for a compact starter assembly. The unit covers a current setting range from 13 A to 27 A, suitable for NEMA Size 0 and 1 applications. It provides overload protection with selectable Trip Class 10, 20 or 30 settings.

Transparent Housing with Direct Contactor Mounting

A transparent cover allows visual inspection of the relay status and settings without removing the device. The direct-to-contactor mounting style reduces panel space and simplifies wiring during installation or maintenance. Auxiliary contacts are configured as 1NO and 1NC for remote signalling or control circuit interlocking. Manual reset requires operator intervention after a trip event, preventing automatic restart of the motor.

Three-Phase Protection up to 600 V AC
