Gelco Products GSeat Ultra Orthopedic Gel Foam Seat Cushion Black 16 x 18 in

Everywhere You Sit Comfort

The Gelco GSeat Ultra is a portable orthopedic cushion built for anyone who spends long hours in office chairs, car seats, stadium benches or airline seats. It combines a gel layer with foam to disperse weight and reduce pressure on the tailbone and lower back. The 16 by 18 inch pad folds in half and includes an integrated handle for easy transport. Weighing under 3.5 pounds, it is designed to move with you through the day.

Wedge Design and Heat Limits

A fixed 5 degree wedge elevates the hips to promote posture and ease thigh pressure, but the angle cannot be adjusted for different seat depths. The central relief groove suspends the coccyx, yet its depth is set and may not suit every body shape. Air vents in the gel layer help limit heat buildup, though they rely on passive airflow and will not actively cool in high temperatures. The non‑slip base grips most flat surfaces but can shift on heavily contoured or slick leather seats.

Capacity and Headroom

The dual‑layer construction resists flattening during daily use and supports extended sitting sessions without bottoming out. The 16 by 18 inch footprint fits most standard chairs, yet leaves little margin on wider bucket seats or plush sofas. The neoprene cover allows smooth repositioning while staying in place, but it is not removable for washing. Buyers needing a larger surface, adjustable firmness or a washable cover will need a different solution.
