This thermal pad delivers 15W/mK conductivity for chipset and memory cooling on GPUs, motherboards and other dense PCBs. The 90x50mm sheet is non-electrically conductive, non-corrosive and non-toxic. It remains pliable across a -60°C to 220°C operating range. One pad per pack.
