Gemini AS-2112BT powered speaker

The Gemini AS-2112BT is a 12-inch active loudspeaker delivering 1500W peak class-AB amplification. It targets mobile DJs, live performers and venues needing a self-contained PA solution with integrated media playback. The cabinet uses ABS impact-resistant nylon fibre for durability in touring environments.

Setup and common issues

Mains power and signal cables are the only connections required for basic operation. The top-mounted handle eases transport and positioning on stands or floors. Bluetooth pairing follows standard device discovery; TWS Link enables stereo pairing with a second unit. The clip LED warns when the amplifier approaches overload so gain can be reduced before thermal protection activates.

Capacity and headroom

The 1500W peak amplifier drives a 12-inch low-frequency driver with dual voice coil and a 1-inch titanium compression driver. Wide-dispersion horn and forward-firing bass reflex ports extend coverage for medium-sized rooms and outdoor gatherings. Integrated MP3 player reads USB and SD media plus FM radio for source flexibility. Very large venues or high-SPL front-of-house demands will exceed the available output headroom.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the speaker is operating correctly after powering it on?

Check the clip LED on the rear panel; it lights if the amplifier approaches overload, so a dark LED during normal playback confirms clean operation.

What comes in the box and what must I source separately?

The package includes the powered loudspeaker with built-in MP3 player, Bluetooth with TWS Link, FM radio, USB and SD slots, and an ergonomic top handle; cables, stands and audio sources are not included.

Which version of this model should I choose for a medium-sized venue?

The AS-2112BT delivers 1,500 W peak class-AB power through a 12-inch low-frequency driver and 1-inch titanium compression driver, making it suited for medium venues.
