Portable Neck Massager with Heat

The Nm-2023 is a battery-powered neck massager that wraps around the shoulders for hands-free shiatsu relief. Its wireless design lets users move freely while the device kneads tight muscles at home, in the office or during travel. The green finish and contoured shape target the cervical area for daily relaxation or post-exercise recovery. Adjustable intensity levels allow each person to match the pressure to their comfort.

Heat Therapy and Adjustable Strap

A built-in heating function works alongside the massage nodes to promote blood circulation and deeper muscle relaxation. The adjustable strap secures the unit in place so the nodes stay aligned with the neck and shoulders during use. Simple button controls let the user switch modes or activate heat without removing the device. These features combine to deliver a customised session without cords or outlets.

Lightweight Build and Battery Power

Weighing 1.67 pounds, the massager is light enough to wear for extended periods without strain. A lithium-ion battery powers the 7.4 watt-hour system, removing the need for a nearby socket and supporting portable use. The wrap-around form fits a range of body shapes while the green exterior resists visible wear. No water resistance is claimed, so the unit should be kept dry and cleaned with a damp cloth only.

Questions about this item

How do I replace the two lithium-ion batteries when they stop holding a charge?

The unit contains two built-in lithium-ion cells; they are not user-replaceable, so the entire massager must be replaced once the batteries no longer hold a charge.

What stops the massager from running continuously during a long session?

The 7.4 Wh battery capacity limits total run time, and the internal heat function will trigger an automatic safety shut-off if the device overheats during extended use.

Does the green wrap-around unit get hot or noisy after an hour of daily use?

The built-in heat therapy warms the massage nodes noticeably, while the motor produces a low mechanical hum; the 1.67 lb weight keeps it stable on shoulders during operation.
