48-colour watercolour set for artists and beginners

The GETHPEN G8003-48 supplies 48 vivid watercolour pans, a standard brush and a refillable water brush pen in a single box. Fine pigment powder dissolves quickly for saturated, transparent washes that bloom naturally on paper. The gloss texture keeps dried pans from cracking and supports smooth blending. The set suits studio work, outdoor sketching, school projects and casual craft sessions.

Fast-drying, washable formula with low odour

Colours dry quickly without a chalky or grainy feel, so layers can be built without long waits. The non-toxic, washable pigments clean from skin and most surfaces with water, keeping workspaces tidy. Light weight at 0.331 kg makes the kit easy to carry for plein-air painting. No harsh solvents are involved, so indoor use stays comfortable.

Included brush and water pen extend versatility

The supplied brush handles broad washes and detail work, while the refillable water pen lets you control moisture without a separate water jar. Both tools store inside the palette box, reducing loose items when travelling. The compact container doubles as a mixing palette, so no extra accessory is needed for colour blending.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the refillable water brush pen for the first time?

Unscrew the barrel, fill it with clean water, reattach the tip, then squeeze gently until water saturates the bristles before touching the pan.

When will the half-pans need replacing?

Each of the 48 pans is solid pigment that will not crack; replace individual colours only when a pan is fully used up.

How long can I paint continuously before the water brush runs dry?

The pen holds enough water for extended sessions; simply squeeze the barrel to refresh flow whenever the brush feels dry.
