Questions about this item

How do I set up the 16-piece SoHo Lounge stoneware set for the first use, and what step do people often skip?

Wash all 16 pieces in the dishwasher before the first meal; the step many skip is removing every factory label and adhesive residue, which can bake on during the first microwave cycle.

What maintenance or replacement will the Gibson 6863216 set need over time?

Stoneware is durable but can chip on the rim or foot if stacked roughly; replace individual plates or bowls as chips appear — no scheduled maintenance is required.

What is the first limit I will hit when using the 16-piece blue stoneware set daily in the microwave?

The pieces become very hot after repeated microwave heating; the practical limit is handling comfort — use oven mitts or let items cool before serving.
