Holds ten independent AMD EPYC or Ryzen nodes in a 3U chassis with front-access Gen5 NVMe or SATA storage and dual 10GbE per node
The GIGABYTE B343-C40-AAJ2 fits ten independent compute nodes into a single 3U rack chassis with front access. Each node accepts a single AMD EPYC 4005 or Ryzen 9000 series processor for high-density workloads. It targets operators who need maximum node count per rack unit without shared resources between nodes.
Every node provides four UDIMM slots supporting dual-channel DDR5 ECC or non-ECC memory. This memory architecture is the primary factor determining per-node bandwidth and capacity limits for virtualisation or HPC tasks. Builders requiring registered DIMMs or more than four slots per node must choose a different platform.
Front-access drive bays and networking ports allow hot-swap maintenance while adjacent nodes continue running. Each node includes two 10Gb/s LAN ports via Broadcom BCM57416 and dual 2.5-inch Gen5 NVMe/SATA bays for local storage throughput. The shared 3U airflow design handles continuous load across all ten nodes without individual node throttling.
