1U rackmount barebone with 12 hot-swap 2.5" bays supporting Gen5 NVMe, SATA and SAS-4, dual 1300W Platinum PSUs, SP5 socket for AMD EPYC 9004/9005 CPUs and 12-channel DDR5 memory
This 1U rackmount barebone accepts a single AMD EPYC 9005 or 9004 series processor in the SP5 socket. It targets general-purpose, cloud-native and technical computing workloads that need high core density and memory bandwidth in a compact form factor. The system ships without CPU or memory installed.
Confirm the chosen EPYC 9005 or 9004 CPU matches the SP5 socket and your core-count requirements. You must supply up to twelve DDR5 6000 RDIMMs across the twelve 288-pin slots to populate the twelve memory channels. No storage or M.2 drive is included, so plan for NVMe, SATA or SAS-4 devices.
Twelve 2.5-inch front bays support Gen5 NVMe, SATA and SAS-4 hot-swap drives, freeing internal cabling and simplifying service. Two full-height half-length PCIe Gen5 x16 slots and two OCP NIC 3.0 PCIe Gen5 x16 slots provide high-speed networking or accelerator capacity. Dual 1300W 80 PLUS Platinum redundant power supplies deliver resilience.

The barebone arrives without an AMD EPYC 9005 or 9004 CPU, without DDR5 6000 RDIMMs for the 12 slots, and without storage for the 12 hot-swap bays or the M.2 slot; you supply all three.
The SP5 socket supports both AMD EPYC 9004 and 9005 series processors, up to 192 cores, so you choose a 4th- or 5th-gen part that matches your core-count and cache needs.
Two 1300W 80 PLUS Platinum units share the load; if one fails the other continues to power the CPU, 12 DDR5 channels, 12 drive bays and both PCIe Gen5 x16 slots without interruption.
