GIGABYTE RTX 3060 Windforce OC 12GB

This is a manufacturer refurbished graphics card built around the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 30 Series GPU. It connects via a PCI Express 4.0 x16 interface and carries 12GB of GDDR6 memory. The Windforce OC version is supplied in a plain box with an anti-static bag and a Gigabyte refurbished label. No accessories, cables or documentation are included in the package.

Suits 1080p gaming and multi monitor desktop work

Buyers who want a factory sealed unit with a full retail bundle should look elsewhere. The card arrives without a low profile bracket so it does not fit slim chassis designs. Users who need more than two display outputs will require a different model. The refurbished condition means minor cosmetic marks may be present on the shroud or backplate.

12GB GDDR6 frame buffer

The 12GB GDDR6 memory capacity is the specification that determines whether this card fits the workload. It provides a large frame buffer for high resolution textures and multi tasking scenarios. If the target application needs more video memory this card will not be sufficient. If the target application runs within this limit the refurbished Windforce OC offers a functional upgrade path.

Questions about this item

Does the GV-N3060WF2OC-12GD ship with any cables, manuals or a low-profile bracket?

The card arrives in an anti-static bag inside a plain box with a Gigabyte refurbished label. No cables, driver disc, manual, SLI bridge or low-profile bracket are included.

What distinguishes the Windforce OC version from a standard RTX 3060 12GB?

Windforce OC is Gigabyte's factory-overclocked design with a custom cooler. It keeps the same 12 GB GDDR6 memory and PCIe 4.0 x16 interface as the reference model.

What does the 12 GB GDDR6 figure mean for 1440p gaming on this card?

12 GB of GDDR6 gives enough frame-buffer capacity for high-resolution textures at 1440p in current titles, while the GTX 30 series GPU handles the shading workload.
