XL-ATX board for 3rd Gen Threadripper CPUs with quad-channel DDR4 to 256GB, dual 10GbE LAN, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0 and four PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots
The sTRX4 socket board is built for 3rd Generation AMD Ryzen Threadripper processors, targeting creators and engineers who need many cores and large memory capacity. Eight DDR4 slots support quad-channel operation up to 256 GB, enabling heavy multitasking and data-intensive workloads.
A 16+3 phase Infineon digital VRM with 70 A power stages is covered by a finned heatsink, heatpipe and NanoCarbon baseplate for sustained loads. Rear I/O provides dual 10 GbE RJ-45 ports, Intel Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0, plus seven USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port and optical S/PDIF output.
CPU and chipset M.2 connectors accept 2260, 2280 and 22110 drives running at PCIe 4.0 x4 or x2, each shielded by a dedicated heatsink. Quad-channel memory, 10 GbE networking and four guarded NVMe slots make this board a logical step up from earlier Threadripper platforms when storage throughput and network speed become bottlenecks.

The CPU-linked M.2 slots run at PCIe 4.0 x4, giving a 4.0 x4 ceiling for NVMe SSDs.
The XL ATX form factor requires a case that accepts boards wider than standard ATX; verify the chassis spec lists XL ATX support.
Install the Intel X550-AT2 driver from the support page, then enable the 10 GbE ports in BIOS; skipping the driver leaves the links at 1 Gbps.
