128 GB microSDXC for gaming and 4K

This 128 GB microSDXC card targets console gamers and action-camera owners who need fast, reliable storage. It carries the A1 rating for quicker app loading on devices such as the Nintendo Switch. UHS-I U3 and V30 ratings guarantee sustained write performance for 4K video recording. The Gaming Plus series is built for heavy daily use.

Installation is simple drag-and-drop

Insert the card into the microSD slot of your console, camera or dash cam and format it if prompted. No drivers or extra software are required on supported devices. The most common issue is using a card reader or adapter limited to older speed classes, which caps transfer rates well below the rated 100 MB/s read and 50 MB/s write. Always verify the host device supports UHS-I to reach full speed.

Ideal for Switch gamers and 4K shooters

This card suits players who want faster game loads and creators capturing 4K footage on action cams, drones or security cameras. Buyers who need more storage should look at higher-capacity options. Users requiring sustained write speeds above 50 MB/s for professional video workflows will need a faster tier. Devices without UHS-I support cannot utilise the rated performance.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the card is delivering its rated 100 MB/s read and 50 MB/s write speeds after I install it?

Run a benchmark tool such as CrystalDiskMark or the built-in speed test on your device; sustained sequential results near 100 MB/s read and 50 MB/s write confirm the card is performing to spec.

This model is only offered in 128 GB — how do I decide if that capacity fits my 4K recording needs?

At the rated V30 write speed, 128 GB holds roughly two hours of 4K footage; choose this capacity if that duration matches your typical session length, otherwise consider a higher-capacity card from another range.
