Ready-to-game desktop bundle

This system pairs a six-core AMD Ryzen 5 5500 processor with an Intel ARC A380 graphics card, 16GB of DDR4 3200 memory and a 2TB NVMe drive. Windows 11 Home, Wi-Fi and a 24-inch 75Hz Adaptive-Sync monitor are included so the rig works straight from the box. The tower chassis uses magnetic dust filters and tool-free side panels for straightforward maintenance.

Upgrade path from older quad-core

Moving from a four-thread CPU or onboard graphics to the 3.60GHz Ryzen 5 5500 and discrete 6GB GDDR6 ARC A380 adds noticeable frame-rate headroom in modern titles and smoother multitasking. The motherboard provides four DDR4 slots with two free, allowing a later expansion to 256GB total memory. A 500W supply delivers enough overhead for the current components.

Sustained-load behaviour

The 500W unit powers the CPU and GPU continuously without throttling during extended gaming or streaming sessions. Magnetic dust filters keep airflow steady over time, while the NVMe drive maintains consistent read speeds for level streaming and asset loading. The 75Hz monitor with 1ms latency and Adaptive-Sync prevents stutter during long play sessions.

Questions about this item

What physical space does the Apollo 5 tower and 24 monitor need on a desk?

The system uses a standard tower form factor, so allow enough depth and height for a mid-size case plus the 24 monitor footprint and its stand.

How is the 16GB DDR4 3200 memory installed, and what step do builders often miss?

The kit occupies two of four slots as 8 GB x 2; the common mistake is not seating both modules fully until the retention clips click on each side.

When will the 500W power supply or included Wi-Fi need replacement?

A quality 500W unit typically lasts several years; replace it if voltages drift or fan noise appears, and swap the Wi-Fi adapter only if connectivity fails.
