Product identity

The Gilprop AYO-Gilprop-3232 is a beige nylon lanyard designed for adults who need a lightweight way to carry keys, ID badges or small accessories. It suits teachers, office workers, students and anyone wanting a simple hands-free solution for daily essentials.

Critical specification

The lanyard measures 18" x .4" and weighs .95 ounces, made from 100% nylon with a breakaway clasp for safety. Two transparent waterproof ID card holders and a metal ring are included, allowing quick access to cards while keeping items secure.

Installation and pitfalls

Attach the metal ring to keys or the card holders, then wear the lanyard around the neck; the breakaway clasp releases under tension. Hand wash only to maintain the nylon, and note that manual measurement may cause slight size variation while screen display can alter the perceived beige shade.

Questions about this item

How long does the 18" lanyard sit when worn around the neck?

The lanyard measures 18 inches in total length and 0.4 inches wide, so it rests at a standard neck-hanging position for most adults.

What does the breakaway clasp actually do in daily use?

The breakaway clasp releases under tension to prevent choking or snagging, then reattaches easily when the pressure is removed.

Will the 0.4" width fit through standard ID badge slots and key rings?

Yes, the 0.4-inch wide nylon strap passes through typical badge slots, key rings and the included metal ring without forcing.
