Comfort Set for Typing and Mousing

The Gimars JDSBD05-02 is a three-piece wrist rest set in purple that includes a keyboard pad, a mouse cushion and a coaster. It is aimed at office workers, students and home users who spend long hours at a computer and want to reduce wrist strain. The set suits standard keyboards and most laptops.

Foam Core and Surface Feel

The keyboard rest uses a 1.2 inch thick memory foam core covered with a breathable spandex surface that rebounds slowly and resists deformation. The mouse rest has a grooved profile shaped to the hand and the same foam depth. Both pieces stay static during typing and mousing without adding bulk to the desk.

Faux Leather Finish and Daily Use

A smooth faux leather top layer gives a skin-friendly touch that is easy to wipe clean after daily use. The 17 inch keyboard length covers full-size layouts while the 6.3 inch mouse pad fits beside it. The lightweight 0.19 kilogram total weight means the set moves easily between home, office or laptop setups.

Questions about this item

How do I position the 17-inch keyboard rest so it does not slide while typing?

Place the memory foam base directly on a clean, flat desk surface; the foam's friction holds it in position without adhesives.

Will the faux leather surface on the keyboard and mouse rests wear out and need replacement?

The spandex-covered faux leather is stitched to the foam; if the cover frays or loses grip, the whole pad is replaced as one piece.

At what point does the 1.2-inch thick foam stop rebounding during an all-day work session?

The high-resilience memory foam is designed to keep its shape through continuous use; noticeable softening only appears after months of daily compression.
