Kitchen trash bags for daily household waste

Glad ForceFlex Tall Kitchen Trash Bags hold 13 gallons and come in a 40-count pack suited for regular kitchen disposal. The rectangular plastic bags use a drawstring closure that grips the can rim to keep the liner in place during use.

Stretchable material contains heavy loads without

ForceFlex technology lets the bag stretch around sharp or bulky items while a two-layer leak barrier traps liquids. OdorShield technology neutralises kitchen smells and a steady Gain Fresh Clean scent with Febreze freshness releases over time.

Drawstring closure simplifies removal and carry-out

The 3-ply drawstring seals the filled bag securely so it can be lifted out without leaks or tears. Bags are manufactured using 100% renewable electricity in US plants and the pack contains only the bags themselves with no extra components.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 3-ply drawstring on a 13-gallon can without it slipping?

Press the bag evenly into the can, then pull the drawstring over the rim so all three plies grip the lip; the step people miss is smoothing the bag walls first so the string seats flat.

When will the Febreze Fresh Clean scent and OdorShield layer need replacing?

Each bag is single-use; the scent and odor barrier last through one fill cycle, so replace the bag when you take the trash out — 40 bags per pack.

At what load does the 0.72-mil ForceFlex material hit its stretch limit?

The bag is rated for typical 13-gallon kitchen loads; once contents exceed the can’s 13-gallon volume the material reaches its designed stretch limit and should be tied off.
