Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the G2SC-156-SS two-piece clamping collar and do I need to buy any extra hardware?

The package contains the two-piece clamping collar itself; no additional hardware is included, so mounting screws or shaft keys must be sourced separately.

The model number ends in 156 — does that indicate a specific bore size or series I should match?

The 156 suffix is the manufacturer’s part identifier for this collar design; verify the shaft diameter you are clamping against the supplier’s dimension sheet before ordering.

The listing mentions California Proposition 65 warnings — what does that mean for everyday handling of the collar?

The warning indicates the collar contains a chemical known to California to cause cancer and reproductive harm; wash hands after installation and avoid ingesting dust or particles.
