Wooden TKL Wrist Rest Onyx

The Glorious wooden wrist rest in Onyx is sized for tenkeyless keyboards at 14.37 by 4 by .1 inches. White ash with a medium-coarse grain gives each piece a distinct look while keeping wrists in a neutral position during long sessions.

Practical limits of a solid wood surface

Wood does not compress like foam, so the .1 inch height is fixed and cannot be adjusted for different keycap profiles. The smooth finish resists sweat and oil, yet the material stays cool to the touch and can feel firm for users who prefer a softer cushion.

Build quality and daily implications

Anti-slip rubber feet keep the rest stationary on the desk without adhesive residue. A quick wipe cleans the surface, and the solid hardwood construction avoids the sag or deformation seen in gel or foam alternatives over time. Not for buyers who want a thicker or height-adjustable rest, or who need a full-size 100 percent layout match.

Questions about this item

Which size matches my TKL keyboard?

The TKL model measures 14.37 x 4 x .1 in and is made for tenkeyless layouts; 65%, 75% and 100% sizes are also offered.

How does the .1 in thickness feel in use?

At .1 in the wood sits low, keeping wrists neutral without raising hands too high during long sessions.

What does the anti-slip rubber base actually stop?

The rubber feet grip the desk so the rest stays fixed while you type or game.
