GoFit Pro Gray Trainer Gloves Medium

These gloves are designed for adult fitness enthusiasts who need reliable hand protection during weightlifting and general exercise. The ambidextrous design fits either hand and uses synthetic leather with a vented jersey back for breathability. A soft suede sweat wipe on the thumb adds convenience during intense sessions. The medium size offers a secure fit with four-way stretch material between the fingers.

Who benefits and who should look elsewhere

Lifters seeking enhanced grip will appreciate the silicone Go-Tac palm and Super Grit Grip zones on the forefinger and thumb. The adjustable hook-and-loop wrist wrap provides customisable wrist support for pressing movements. Athletes needing full finger coverage or heavy-duty callus protection for high-volume bar work may find the open-finger design insufficient for their needs.

Key specification leather palm with silicone grip

The leather palm combined with ergonomic silicone Go-Tac Grip and Super Grit zones on the forefinger and thumb determines gripping performance. Double-stitched leather fingers reinforce high-wear areas for durability. Hand-wash-only care maintains the materials. This grip system is the primary factor in deciding if these gloves match your training demands.

Questions about this item

Do I need a specific hand size for the Medium fit?

The glove measures 10 by 6.5 by 1.75 inches and weighs 0.08 kilograms, so compare your hand to those dimensions.

Will the hook-and-loop closure work if my old wrist wraps used a different fastener?

Yes, the adjustable VELCRO strap replaces any buckle or lace system and secures independently.

How can I confirm the silicone Go-Tac Grip is engaging properly during a lift?

You should feel a tacky, non-slip contact on the palm and forefinger-thumb area with no material bunching.
