Fragrance-Free Foam Hand Wash

This Purell foam soap refill contains .5 percent PCMX and is free of added fragrance. It is supplied as a pack of four clear refills designed for compatible dispensers. The formula targets bacteria, germs and general dirt during routine hand washing. Each refill is intended for commercial or institutional dispenser systems.

Suited for high-traffic washrooms

The fragrance-free formulation works well in environments where scent sensitivities are a concern, such as healthcare, food-service or office settings. Buyers who need a scented product or a liquid rather than foam format should look at something else. The refill packs are not designed for direct use without a matching dispenser unit.

Four-refill pack capacity

The four-count package provides multiple refill cycles for standard dispensers, reducing the frequency of restocking in busy locations. It runs out when the dispenser reservoir is empty and no spare refills remain on site. No dilution or mixing is required before installation.
