Gorilla Max Strength Construction Adhesive Clear

This adhesive tube delivers the brand's strongest formula for maximum bond strength on a wide range of materials. It is suited for DIY enthusiasts and professionals tackling indoor and outdoor projects that require a durable, professional finish. The clear formulation ensures invisible bonds on visible surfaces.

Practical limits of waterproof adhesive tube

The product provides up to 30 minutes of working time for repositioning before the bond sets. It achieves a paintable state in 2 hours and becomes sandable once fully cured. The 100% waterproof formula functions effectively underwater and adheres to wet surfaces without foaming.

2.5 oz capacity covers small repairs and detail work

The 2.5 oz tube size offers sufficient volume for targeted applications, gap filling, and craft projects. It bonds wood, metal, ceramic, stone, glass, concrete, and laminate reliably. Larger construction jobs or extensive surface coverage will require multiple tubes or a larger format.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 2.5 oz tube or a larger size?

The 2.5 oz tube measures 1.3 in x 3.6 in x 7.5 in and is the smallest Max Strength option; larger 7 oz and 9 oz tubes exist in the same clear formula.

What does the “100% waterproof” claim mean once the adhesive is in the joint?

The formula bonds on wet surfaces and works under water, making it suitable for tubs, showers, worktops and outdoor jobs.

How does the reusable nozzle cap the working time and gap-filling ability?

The nozzle stays reusable for up to 30 minutes of repositioning time while the adhesive fills gaps before it cures.
